As an ex-smoker myself who tried & failed to stop more times than most, I understand exactly how you might feel when considering stopping smoking.

How the unconscious mind makes it easy
The unconscious mind runs everything – your heartbeat, your fears, your habits, your beliefs about what you can & cannot achieve. If you can change your unconscious mind you can change your life.
The unconscious mind is always trying to help us out but tends to take the shortest route to solve a problem eg when we have nicotine craving it will suggest a cigarette. However, using Hypnosis & NeuroLinguistic Programming (NLP) we can enable the unconscious mind to see the longer-term benefits of choosing a different route. Once the unconscious mind has decided to support you in your conscious decision to stop smoking success is easy – if any cravings arise you simply use a basic acupressure technique, which I will teach you in the session, & dissolve cravings in less than a minute.
What will happen:
The stop smoking programme is a single session that lasts for 2 hours.
We start off talking a little about the physiology of smoking – it’s good to have it top of mind to help convince the unconscious mind that the change is of long term benefit. Then we go through each of your personal triggers for smoking eg stress, boredom, socially with a drink, using a technique called NeuroLinguistic Programming. This is a technique which uses language & visualisation to shift the mental programming we have around cigarettes. We develop new strategies for you to gain the same benefits without cigarettes eg a breathing technique to help relieve stress.
I use painless ear acupuncture to help you with detoxing & reduce cravings (optional)
After the first hour, you are in a position where you are giving nothing up you are just planning to do things differently.
Then I teach you an acupressure technique which enables you to clear nicotine cravings within about 30 seconds.
Then we do the hypnotherapy session which reinforces all the changes at an unconscious level & is recorded as an MP3 so that you can use it at home.
I then give you notes on everything we have covered & on what to expect over the following days, weeks & months so that there are no surprises.
